Just What I Kneaded LLC is accepting payment from all of the following in order of preference:
Cash
Venmo
Zelle
Check
HSA/FSA
Credit/Debit

Just What I Kneaded LLC requests that you arrive five minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for an intake interview with your therapist. I understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment.
Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes I cannot exceed your reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return, I will do my best to be on time. If I am unable to do so I will prorate the service fee accordingly.
When next available appointments are 8+ weeks out, I will close my schedule to new clients to keep availability for my regular clients my schedule.
Appointments with Just What I Kneaded LLC are for therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and being banned from my schedule for life. You will be charged the full treatment fee regardless of the duration of your session. Depending on the severity of the behavior, I may also file a report with local authorities. I am a licensed healthcare professional and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. You are viewed as a client seeking therapeutic massage and deserve to be treated with the same respect and dignity.
Just What I Kneaded LLC requires 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without providing 24 notice I am often unable to fill that appointment time. This is a hardship on your therapist and also means that other clients miss the chance to receive the services they need. For this reason, you will be charged full treatment for late cancellation. After two late cancelations, Just What I Kneaded LLC reserves the right to require payment in full for future appointments.
I understand that emergencies can and do arise, and that illness can occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, Just What I Kneaded LLC requests that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. I will do my best to give advance notice if I am closing or need to cancel due to inclement weather and I ask that you do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointments. Late cancellation due to emergency illness or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed treatment charges, but this will be determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the full discretion of Just What I Kneaded LLC
All No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment fee for all occurrences. Missed treatment fee must be paid in full before you can be put back on the schedule. Any other appointments you have booked will be automatically cancelled if payment for the no-show is not received within 24 hours of the the no-show notification. A second no-show will result in Just What I Kneaded LLC Requiring payment in full upon book appointments for the next six months. A third no show will result in requiring payment for future appointments permanently.
