No. For the types of therapy I offer it is preferred that you wear clothes that are easy to move around in such as gym clothes or pajamas. 

That's not what we're going for, we try to work within what is known as therapeutic tolerance; if you find yourself holding your breath, or clenching up, we need to ease up on the pressure. You may feel a sensation of low intensity "tearing" or "burning" these are natural indicators that therapeutic change is taking place. Any "bruising" "stabbing" "itching" or "tingling" sensations indicate that changes need to be made in the pressure being applied. "Powering/breathing though it", "hurts so good" and "no pain no gain" are dangerous attitudes to have and can potentially lead to more trauma. Communication is very important here.
