To give you an idea of what I do:
Adam’s skills are amazing and professional. He keeps customer service focused as a priority. This is not your typical massage. He is focused more on what hurts versus just your regular full body massage that every other place does. I brought a list of issues that I have been struggling with. Chronic low back pain, jaw popping, shoulder tightness, wrists popping, sore ankles, neck pain. He had me explain what hurt and then he worked from there and took the time to make each muscle group. He is informative because he calls out which muscle group he is working on and will explain how his adjustments will help the pain. He was able to get me feeling like a new person when I left. I would recommend Adam to anyone. I look forward to my next appointment.
I highly recommend Adam for his amazing knowledge and unique skills. Adam thoroughly understands the anatomy and mechanics of the body. He describes the area he is working on and explains what is going on there. He effectively uses pressure point and stretching to release tension and restore range of motion. He spontaneously adjusts the therapy based on perceived needs and doesn't just perform a massage routine.
Adam is very professional and knowledgeable. He is very quiet and that allows the client to focus on relaxing. He does not use any essential or massage oils, instead mainly pressure and stretching to cause the muscle to relax.
An extremely professional experience. Adam tested things to figure out where the problem areas were, then worked each problem specifically, and then re-checked to see that the problem had been reduced or alleviated. This is not a spa! It is where you go to get stuff fixed, and then you benefit from the reduced stress and relaxation that results. And he does a great job at it.
To Be Specific:
I typically expect to have a close-to-brutal experience to get tight knots out of my shoulders but Adam has skillful, light, and effective technique to loosen things up. He verifies anything that might be uncomfortable for some people is ok before he starts working and checks in to see how things are progressing as he works. Five stars!
Adam was very professional and skilled at using kinesiology and massage to get my muscles to unknot in my leg after knee replacement surgery. Adam’s knowledge of muscle connection was amazing. He is not an ordinary massage therapist.
So so thankful my friend recommended Adam! I have been in so much pain for so long I forgot what it was like to just exist without it. I went in for vertigo but left being able to turn my neck and open my jaw! I went home and my family noticed I was glowing! My head feels clear and my stress feels low. I will be coming back often!
I have been to several massage therapists and a couple of physical therapists for neck issues, and an orthopedist for a knee issue. Adam has been blessed with tremendous skills. My knee was extremely swollen but after less than 5 minutes working on my knee, it was almost normal in size. Finally realizing improvement in my neck. I had almost given up hope that I could be pain free. Highly recommended!
I am so impressed with Adam's professionalism. He is good at what he does, helping me with my ankle and neck, but then he knows where I could get additional help. I was in the worst flare up I’ve had in a while. Adam saw me the next day and in an hour I felt SO much better. I went from having shooting pain in my pelvis, back, and legs (while being dizzy and nauseous) to having no pain at all. I would HIGHLY recommend his services. He saved me a trip to the ER so I’ll be using that money to go back!
Adam is very knowledgeable and skilled in sports massage. I’ve suffered for months with a hip issue that chiropractic or MD could not resolve. Adam was able to detect the muscle group involved and my hip is feeling better I’m confidant we are in the right path.

When it comes to Prenatal:
I have seen Adam for massage therapy ever since he started his schooling, most of them being prenatal massage. He is always professional and checks to make sure you are doing well. He also is great about knowing the client's preferences. While not for everyone, I enjoy him making small jokes throughout the session. He also knows his stuff for reflexology. We may not have managed to jump start labor, but we did get my body to relax and get ready for when I did go into labor. I will definitely be seeing him again soon.
Was having alot of discomfort in my 2nd trimester, walked out of here feeling much better and extremely relaxed.
When it comes to Pediatrics
Adam was professional and knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing and what it would accomplish. My daughter and I were at ease and I’m pleased with the results after our first session.
Adam came to us, which was great for my two week old’s adjustment. It was nice to not have to pack him!
When it comes to In Home Visits:
The new in-home service is perfect for Adam! Sometimes you just don’t feel up to going to an office. His down-to-earth demeanor perfectly compliments a ‘House Call’. As always, he LISTENS to his clients to provide the best treatment. Thanks Adam!
